Your role:As a Commercial Specialist – Lead Generation, you play a critical role in finding the right prospects, engaging decision-makers and supporting our sales pipeline with qualified leads and sending out personalized offers and proposals. All while being the friendly and assisting first point of contact.

You’ll do more than ‘’ticking boxes’’ – you’ll be starting up relationships and helping businesses become more successful through our TRIMIT ERP platform.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively research and identify new business leads within target markets
  • Reach out to them through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels – with empathy, not spam ;)
  • Have meaningful conversations that lead to qualified leads for our sales team
  • Create and send commercial and tailored offers or proposals based on what the prospect needs
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and our targeting strategies
  • Organize lead generation activities in our CRM (don’t worry, we’ll show you how J)
  • Bring ideas to the table, watch ERP trends and competitor offerings – we’re continuously looking for progression.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years experience in a lead generation, commercial, business development role (bonus points if it’s in tech or ERP/SaaS)
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (in writing and on calls)
  • Confident and comfortable conversation starter
  • Structured and process-driven mindset with an eye for detail
  • ‘Good at following up’ is your middle-name
  • Self-starting with a proactive and result oriented mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools or keen to learn.
