TRIMIT Brings AI Closer to the Business Floor with Microsoft Collaboration

Microsoft's exclusive Red Carpet program is a close collaboration designed to push the boundaries of what AI can do in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

As one of a select group of partners in the program, TRIMIT has worked closely with Microsoft’s AI experts, gaining early access to the latest AI tools and participating in intensive workshops at the Microsoft Development Center in Lyngby.

Turning AI into Real Business Value

TRIMIT is developing concrete solutions that automate and enhance everyday business processes. One early project focuses on streamlining product creation by using AI prompts to generate product data such as colors, sizes, and technical specifications automatically. Another project uses AI to generate complaint cases from customer emails — reducing manual input and speeding up customer service.

“We’re not just experimenting with AI — we’re making it usable,” says Richard Postborg, CTO at TRIMIT. “Our goal is to embed AI into existing processes where it can save time, improve data quality, and make life easier for our users.”

In the Microsoft Spotlight

TRIMIT’s work was recently featured in a keynote presentation at Directions North America and Directions Asia, one of the industry’s leading Microsoft Dynamics events. A film crew from Microsoft visited TRIMIT to capture interviews with the team, including Developer Alexander Marcher, a key figure in the AI project.

“Our experience with prompt engineering, testing Copilot features, and building real-world AI applications has been incredibly valuable,” Alexander explains. “We’re excited to share what we’ve learned — and to keep pushing forward.”
