We are looking for the first TRIMIT Norway Operations Manager for our office in Sandefjord. As TRIMIT Group we’re the preferred ERP supplier and sparring partner for textile, furniture and industrial companies. Our industry solution, also called TRIMIT, is a complete standard solution tailored to the needs of individual industries, based on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. 

Approximately 10.000 users are already using TRIMIT to create more revenue with fewer resources. As Operations Manager your responsibilities include managing the Norwegian team of 15 colleagues. In this position, you also contribute to TRIMIT’s long-term strategy, with a strong growth target for the coming years. All of this will be within a personal and warm working environment where you encourage colleagues to deliver a maximum contribution to realizing TRIMIT’s goals. 

In this position, you have a solid role in which you are expected to lead, inspire and also help your team to the next level. In this position, you’re responsible for the operational processes in terms of effectiveness and efficiency towards both the team and the cooperation within the group regarding the success of our solution. You have a direct cooperation, sparring and report to the CEO of Norway
