About Imps & Elfs
Imps & Elfs is a Dutch babies and children’s wear company. Since the first collection in 1997, Imps & Elfs have been successful and today their products are available in 15 different countries around the world.
Except for the actual production, which is outsourced, Imps & Elfs manages everything from design to marketing from their office in an old church in Amsterdam.
Complex Business Process
The increasingly complex business process at Imps & Elfs created a need for a new ERP system. Imps & Elfs needed to replace a number of different systems with only one solution and the demand was clear: the new ERP solution had to incorporate all the features necessary for a growing fashion company.
