There has been a massive demand from the market for a solution to give especially sales people in the field or agents a user-friendly tool to work with - a tool that would make their everyday work easier. The availability of this new option will undoubtedly have huge impact on the way TRIMIT customers will be able to serve their customers.

The Sales Agent Web Portal is made for direct sales teams and agents. It enables you to pick your own customers / shops and place the order through a very simple and intuitive user-interface. The Web Portal gives your sales people access to customer related information, which makes it possible for them to answer directly to requests concerning time of delivery, best sellers, stock etc. With this information available, the sales people can get the order on the spot without involving the backoffice, giving the shop a better experience and the end-customer far better service.
